At Life Between Cultures, if your order's off, we make it right. No runaround, no "talk to my manager" energy required.

We'll refund you for:

• Wrong item sent (our bad)
• Damaged or defective gear (also our bad)

Hit us up within 30 days of your order — email us at support@lifebetweencultures.com with your order number and what happened. We'll sort it out, no interrogation.

Heads up: this policy might change down the line, so if you want the latest version, just ask — we're not trying to sneak anything past you.

And for shirts that last as long as your favorite family story — follow the washing and care instructions that came with your order. 🧺
